Food as Connection.  Nutrition as Knowing.  Nourishment as Choice.

True nourishment is more than what’s on your plate —

It’s how you tend to your rhythms, your rituals, your resilience.
It’s how you listen inward, honor cravings and sensitivities, and build a relationship with food that’s rooted in respect — not restriction.

There is no universal formula.

Nutrition offers the knowing — the structure, the science, the data.

The macronutrients, the micronutrients, the research behind how our bodies work.

But nourishment is the part that’s personal.

It’s alive. Shifting. Rooted in story, sensitivity, soul.

What nourishes you may change across seasons, life stages, even moods.

And that’s not a flaw — it’s wisdom.

We each carry different bodies and blueprints —
shaped by genetics, gut health, memory, mood, stress, ancestry, and story.

For some, food has felt like a battleground.
For others, a place of comfort, creativity, or control.
Often, it’s all of those — at once.

My Approach

I became a certified nutrition consultant in 2013 — not to hand out rules, but to offer both knowledge and guidance, rooted in compassion and lived experience.

Like so many, I’ve spent years navigating the noise of diet culture —
the pressure, the promises, the confusion.

The shame. The slow erosion of confidence and self-worth in a culture that tells you your value lives on the scale.

That the exact number somehow reflects your discipline, your health, your beauty — even your worthiness to be loved, or to love yourself.

But it doesn’t.
It never has.

I’ve known both the frustration of restriction and the quiet joy of rediscovering food as a friend — not a foe.  Over time, my work has shifted toward something gentler, deeper, and more integrative.  I’ve guided clients through:

  • Gentle detox and liver support

  • Nutrition journeys that nourish instead of deplete

  • Keto and low-carb protocols for metabolic clarity

  • Blueprinting tools to uncover what actually works for you

And through it all, I hold this truth:

Nourishment should be aligned, not imposed.
It should honor your hunger and your history, your body and your intuition.

This isn’t just about food plans or protocols.
It’s about: Choice. Integration. Healing. Ease.

Much like astrology and grieving work, it’s not just about the details of the natal chart or the loss —
it’s about how it lives within you, and the choices you still get to make.

A Personal Note

I love food — but like many — I’ve also struggled in relationship with it.

The textures, the colors, the stories they carry — from my grandmother’s lemon-and-salt ritual to my own roasted tomato salsa.  I’ve grown herbs, managed food sensitivities (I'm looking at you, nuts!), discovered making many things from scratch — and eaten chips and salsa for dinner when that was enough.

I believe in bioindividuality.

I believe in joy.

And I believe that how we feed ourselves — especially during grief, change, or healing — matters deeply.
